Cross Country Signs Seven.

The Lady Patriots enter their fifth season with two veterans and a stream of incoming talent. 

Coach Godwin recently shared of this incoming class, "All of them were captains and leaders at their high schools.  Each were at the top of their classes academically.  These ladies have big dreams and huge goals.  It is very exciting what we are going to accomplish together."

Hannah brings impressive dedication and commitment with recent distance PRs in the 3200m and 1600m. Named the County Champion in the 3200m.

Izabel has been a standout runner and an exceptional leader at Lecanto High School. With a 21:46 5k PR, Izabel looks to further her growth this season.

Chiriath comes to CF with years of committed Cross Country and Track experiences. From her 1:08 400m to her 1:50:23 half marathon, Chiriath is talented across the many distances.

After years of soccer, Nina recently decided to fully pursue her passion for running. Hardworking and driven, her dedication shined through this past track season where she doubled the 3200m and 1600m during most meets.
