#CFWBB PICKS UP FOURTH CONSECUTIVE CONFERENCE WIN

OCALA-- The College of Central Florida women's basketball team picked up a big road win against Florida State College at Jacksonville, defeating the Blue Wave 66-53 on Wednesday night in Jacksonville.

CF went into the half up 39-24 on FSCJ and kept things rolling to pick up their fourth consecutive conference win. The Lady Patriots are now 5-2 in the Mid-Florida Conference and are tied for first place with Daytona State College.

Shambria Washington led the offensive attack with 18 points on the night, while Dariah Bolden added 16 points and Marcella Lamark dos Santos had 12.

CF will host its last home game of the season on Saturday night at 5:30 p.m. against Daytona State. This will be a crucial matchup as both teams are tied for first place in the Mid-Florida Conference. A win for the Patriots would bring them one step closer to clinching first place in the conference and solidify a spot in the upcoming state tournament in March at Patriot Gym.
