OCALA-- College of Central Florida baseball player David Lebron was named the FCSAA Pitcher of the Week for the March 28- April 3 voting period.

Lebron, sophomore right hander from Miami, Fla., went 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA during the voting period. In his start against Lake-Sumter State College, the University of Tampa signee struck out a season-high 12 batters and scattered four hits in 6.2 scoreless innings of work. 

Lebron is currently 3-2 on the year with a 2.54 ERA. 

The Patriots will be back on the field tomorrow as they host Daytona State at 3 p.m. Lebron will take the mound for CF as they look to go ahead 2-0 in the series. CF took game one on Monday, downing the Falcons 11-0 thanks to shut-out performances by Cooper Wallace and Kyle Hansen.
